2024-09-24 Mika: Second footer: customizable, possible to add logos (with size constraints), links can be configured in the logo.

A second footer or similar element that would display MinnaLearn and UH logos on every page of the material. Cannot be done through a block (since a block cannot come below navigation to next page)

Logos should be links
