No damage rec'd from U-235 after toggling "Logisitics while Moving"

Description

When holding U-235 with the cursor, the engineer receives radiation damage. This continues if a train is entered.
With the U-235 held by the cursor, the damage will stop ticking if the "enable logistics while [train is] moving" check box is toggled on.

Reproduction

1. Enter train with a single stack of U-235 in inventory (engineer will be receiving damage).
2. Open Fuel tab of locomotive.
3. Pick up U-235 in the cursor.
4. Toggle the "Enable Logistics While Moving" check box.
5. Engineer will not take radiation damage until U-235 is returned the the engineer's inventory.

I remember receiving no radiation damage at all when holding any radioactive stuff in my cursor, no matter if I'm in train or not
