I noticed a couple of dependencies that should probably be noted in the research tree but aren't. Low urgency, zero impact, just smoothing a few corners.
Rocket fuel should depend on the Fuel research because the fuel refinery makes all versions of rocket fuel
The matter tech cards should depend on the lithium research but doesn't
Advanced tech cards should depend on the lithium-sulfur battery research
Players probably end up researching the prerequisites in time anyway, but could still be shown in the research tree.
[Edit] Also I noticed:
Artillery, Spidertron and Optimisation tech card research should all depend on the radar technology
Railgun turret research should depend on gun turret technology
