update assets and files for certificates #16

Some things that need updating from the past couple of years:

moving assets into asset folders by year (e.g. we used the typeface “Mountain retreat” only for certificates before 2016)
adding the new typeface used in the latest certificates
adding pdf samples for certificates of all years (even when the design was the same)
updating the styleguide (it requires information for the latest version of the certificates from 2018)
