Date and time js stuff broken

Entering a date and time via the js stuff seems to be broken. With js disabled I get huge select lists but the expected stuff reaches the app on submit, when using the js stuff, especially the time is completely out of whack (it looks like it always submits the last value "23:30").

I haven't had time to look into the js stuff or how it should work though.
