  1. My presentation works on my computer, but appears as a single HTML page when I share it.

    You need to set copy_libraries: true in your slide deck. This will copy all the library files to the slide directory, so that the slide directory is standalone. The default for copy_libraries is FALSE to allow you to play around with different frameworks without cluttering your working directory.
