A use can add a Registry, the contents of the registry are discovered
As a result Image objects are created.
For each Image, we generate a SBOM which is saved into a dedicated CRD
For each SBOM, we generate the vulnerability report and save that into a dedicated CRD

The following features are out of scope:

Cron job/scheduling of rescans
Defining CRDs that trigger the scan of an image/registry
De-duplication of the SBOMs, vulnerability reports
