Merge performance-dev branch in to master

The performance-dev branch will contain

Blocking Issues

• Three primary issues
  • Performance: Only update store if a resource type has changed (step 2) #7895
  • Performance: Make API requests from within the web worker (step 3) #7896
  • Performance: Server-side-like pagination via web worker (step 4) #6541
• Merged master (with nuxt removal) in to performance-dev
• Re-evaluate socket based fixes in master in advanced worker world #8296
• Ensure Vuex and Cache have correct state #8420
• Chart Install succeeds, but doesn't show logs (pod logs, shell works)
• Basic, easy to understand docs for resource-cache models. How to add new computed fields, etc

Potential Blocking Issues (re-evaluate once above is done)

• findX vs request. Access to AD cache and requests is via the dashboard store's request action. This makes the requests, but might not given cache (aka the findX actions). Once we've finished the main work it might make sense to wire in to findX instead of request action,

Non-Blocking Issues

• Write unit tests for new advanced worker functionality #8425

Validation Checks

• Advanced worker disabled, basic worker & schema functionality work
• Enforce NS filter feature
