When updating a category - it disappears

Hi,

This could be related to WPML also, but wanted to check if you can see the same phenomena ?

I got the latest version (1.2.7) of this plugin.

I can create categories and now I can upload image. But once I try to edit a existing category, it disappears when I click update.

It's very strange. I'm not sure what goes wrong. Maybe WMPL fails it ?

WordPress 3.4.2.
WPML Version 2.6.0

Ugh, We found ourselves not alone:

"I added an Image field to an existing category but the category disappeared from category overview after saving. Found that that is caused because the language code is removed from the 'language_code' field from the [prefix]_icl_translations table of WPML. Rated the plugin 4 stars anyway because the concept is very nice."

Can you confirm if this is "Irreconcilable Difference" between these two plugins ?
