unix bind(/var/lib/backuppc/log/BackupPC.sock) failed: Permission denied (does /var/lib/backuppc/log exist and writeable by BackupPC?); exiting

Should actually not happen, see https://github.com/raoulbhatia/backuppc/blob/DEBIAN/debian/postinst#L107 ff.

Idea: Check if we should chown/chmod every time instead of during the first install, only.
