firefox/sound mixer: sound volume is always reset to -3.5 dB (87 %) instead of 0 dB (100%) at firefox startup #295

Steps to reproduce:

Start pavucontrol
Start Firefox, open some youtube video or some music site and click play to get sound
Check pavucontrol Playback tab

Expected result: Firefox app volume is set to 0 dB (100%)

Actual result: Firefox app volume is set to -3.5 dB (87%)

Set Firefox app volume to 0 dB (100%)
Close Firefox
Start Firefox again
Check pavucontrol Playback tab

Expected result: Firefox app volume is set to 0 dB (100%)

Actual result: Firefox app volume is set to -3.5 dB (87%)
