Isn't that one already included in the SDK?
This repo has a great explaination for how to setup the developement environment using VS2008. In fact, you can use any VS version you like, like in my case, I use VS2022 for now. Tell me if you want to use other ver than VS2008. There is two mode of building and running vxp:
After building for phones, you need to sign the vxp files before you can run it on your phone (at least on Nokia, I don't know if it applyable to other Chinese phones). Refer to my RE.SE post to do this. This is a summary of the process. If you need any further help, just ask me :)) Thanks! |

I also heard that this model supports j2me, but mine doesn't open j2me IDK, maybe some country specific difference.. 🤷 Edit: It's the DS (Dual Sim) version; maybe they changed something in this variant |
