Log Line for Alliance Members

As we discussed in the Discord, it would be helpful to have a log line that shows alliance membership for all players. A few of the possible formats outlined:

|<A player count>|<B player count>|<C player count>|<A player>|<A player>|<B player>|<B player>|...

|<A player count>|<A player>|<A player>|<B player count>|<B player>|<B player>|...

|A|<player>|<player>|B|<player>|<player>|...

The format of the line should be fixed, meaning that even if the player who is logging is in alliance C, alliance A should be listed first.
