XFCE issues (Xubuntu 14.04)

Overall it works great :) There's just a few things that stick out.

XFCE's indicator plugin (and indicator-sound's mpris2 parts) use the main window background and text colors instead of the panel/menu's colors:

Whisker menu isn't fully themed. Proper colors are used, but category buttons aren't styled:

@Gotolei, first of all, thank you for your report.

We have been fixing some bugs and I would love it if you see if your problems with XFCE have reduced or not. As I don't use XFCE myself, I didn't make any XFCE-specific changes (but I did some that MATE needs, but only in the MediterraneanNight---this needs to be "propagated" to other themes).

We also had many nice changes by @robertpainsi, which should have improved the situation a lot.

Please, try the changes in our current master branch (just cloning the repository is sufficient) and let us know how it works for you.

It's a step in the right direction :)

XFCE plugins are colored/decorated properly, but icons in the indicator plugin still have the dialog background color and appear as normal buttons.
The volume icons next to the slider are my own problem, but the pause/skip buttons should be colored to match menutext.

No changes in whisker menu.
