Encountered Grafana DNS lookup did not resolve to ip address

DATE - August 9, 2023 5p.m.

OUTAGE TYPE - Short-term - This should be a short term outage.

CURRENT STATUS - Current status is that users have to access Grafana via ip address instead using dev1 DNS:
http://grf-00.dev1.r-pub.com:3000/?orgId=1
http://167.235.8.82:3000/?orgId=1

ACTION TAKEN - Issue is being taken up with DNS host
