Describe the bug
I am attempting to use the Inject Enhanced node in NR 3.01 - i wish it to fire at 29 and 59 minutes past the hour.

I have set this up in the node and selected the date and time for the injection to start and then told it to inject every 30 minutes.

The first time i did this - i did a manual inject to test for correct operation - it appears now that this has done something and the node is ignoring the correct start time (29 past the hour) - if i add a new version of the node and deploy - it works as expected. If i do a manual inject it then appears to reset the next interval to 30 minutes after the last injection. i.e. it loses its starting time.

If i then go into the node and reset the starting time for injection to a date and time - it accepts it in the screen but does not trigger a change to NR and force a redeploy.

Whenever i do a full deploy (for any other changes) the node does an injection at that point (even though it is not selected in the node to do so) and then resets the 1/2 hour timer to start at that point in time also.
