How to use this?

I finally found the time to check this out (via pdbpp/pdbpp#208 (comment)) but I'm having lots of trouble getting this to work.

• pdbpp is not a command that exists when I install pdbpp
• python -m pdb even when run via realgud:pdbpp assumes that I'm using plain pdb so I get the same problems as reported in realgud:pdb-remote can't track the file location with pdbpp pdbpp/pdbpp#208

(I got so much trouble in fact that I decided to give trepan3k a try again... I can't remember the last time I tried because it was so long ago, but it feels much better now. I may use this for a while to see if I get used to it.)
