Description: I would like to implement a "Back to Top" button for improved navigation on the site. This feature will allow users to easily return to the top of the page, enhancing overall user experience.

Requirements:
The button should be visible when users scroll down the page.
It should smoothly scroll back to the top when clicked.

I would like to work on it.
Please assign it to me.
