External pre receive script not working after Bitbucket DC upgrade and also Plugin upgrade

Hello,

We recently upgrade Bitbucket in our dev environment from 8.9.4 DC to 8.19.0 DC as part of this we also updated plugin from 13.1.1 to 13.1.2. We have limit branch script which restricts users to limit release branches to 3. No one can create 4th release branch.

It was working until before the upgrade. After the upgrade it is not working any more. We have production upgrade scheduled tomorrow. This issue has become a blocker now.

Please let us know what details you would need from us to resolve this issue ASAP.
