Did you change the scoring metrics?

One explanation is that activity of the 1 million users we selected dropped over time.
But we can not say for sure yet.

Actually, I do not quite agree with this explanation. If the activity of the 1 million users drops over time, the scores over the online period should be dropping week by week. However, the score for the first 3 weeks are comparatively high, and it dropped suddenly since the 4th week.
unluckily, I updated my best models on 3rd and 4th week, and the scores disappointed me.
