Array long to short syntax

Currently there is the rule LongArrayToShortArrayRector which only converts array() to [] - without content.

Is there a rule that I may be overlooking or how can I approach the whole thing?

I am currently working on a TYPO3 upgrade and there are still hundreds of code places like this: array('label', 'log', 'backtrace', 'type')
