RFE - Recover connectivity / continue building process #224

If connectivity is lost during the build process, there is no way to know if the build has succeded or not.

If it has succeded, the missing piece would be just to download the resulting artifact (image, ostree or container) and expose it in the HTTP server
If not, it should be able to repeate the build without increasing the version of the blueprint.

Maybe a good approach would be to have a playbook that is capable of continuing the process where the connectivity was lost.
