Release Notes

This major release contains the following changes:

Change in inventory for *_action entries - i.e.: template_action and file_action have been consolidated to be just action .
Added deprecation/discontinued checks so invalid/old entries in inventories can be flagged and/or error out.
Params from inventory variables (passed through inventory or as extra-vars on CLI)
Improved performance upwards of ~40% on openshift-applier runs
Improved testing (in the tests directory) in preparation for full CI of the openshift-applier
Overall openshift-applier repo clean-up (e.g.: supporting roles moved to casl-ansible)
