Drop gitlab-grack

We should find an alternative solution for gitlab-grack from 2015. This gem is not maintained a long time.

good to know there is an alternative. It looks not like just a fork of each other, the code is largely different. Main challenge would be, to implement the Auth-part. I looks to me, this is not done in a couple of hours :(
The other possibility is to integrate the old gem in our plugin - which we already patched. But with this way we can not benefit of new development and bug fixes from grack developers (which we did't have in the last 5 years, too).
Better would be to use https://github.com/grackorg/grack, but I would not have the time to spend a week for this job.

What's you opinion? Staying on the old grack version is also no way, this will brake something - sooner or later.
