RVM update available button doesn't hide when updating by popup notification

Mac OS 10.7 - When there is a new version of rvm available, JewelryBox pops up a notification as well as putting a button in the title bar. If you click on the popup notification and update rvm that way the button in the title bar does not get hidden, and if you click on it, it appears to update rvm again.
