Sometimes the scrap value is on the left side of the item instead of on the top

(This is about the scrap value above the hotbar)

I find this quite irritating and actually don't like this behavior.

Is this a bug?

If not, please add a config option to disable this

Yep, we have noticed this too. It seldom occurs from the get go and especially after quitting and re-hosting / re-joining as a client.

The odd thing we noticed right from the beginning is that the hotbar frames have odd rotations on them and it varies between sessions, to which we try to cater for it by anti-rotating.

Sometimes the anti-rotation does not work (from what it seems) and then goes out of place.
