Can this support directly reading from a HTML file on disk as the Body?

I have a tool that generates a HTML file as a report. I want to use this extension to then email the contents of the HTML. I can make the change if that's ok.

Above questions are about attaching a file to the email. Looking to put the content in EMail body from a file.
Any assistance is appreciated.
