Support Google's kpt tool for containers.

Same as any other package manager

They use git under the hood and a metadata Kptfilefile which is a yml file.

Is supporting Google's kpt tool for containers still a thing we want to work on?
I noticed there were some question on the format and workflow.

kpt itself is not stable yet (See https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/kpt/releases), latest release is v0.38.1.

It's ok to keep open feature requests for any package manager as long as it's in use by people, but they may not be implemented except by an outside contributor
