Support Groove Grape package manager

What would you like Renovate to be able to do?

Support Groovy's Grape package manager.

Describe the solution you'd like

It should work like a regular Renovate manager

Questions:

• Should we default to looking in all *.groovy files?
• Are any of the examples in "More Examples" different from what we do already with Maven or Gradle?

yes, I think that all *.groovy files could contain a @Grab or @Grapes annotation. It is mostly used for scripting with groovy. So it is more likely to find examples as gists.
AFAIK, the dependency schema is the same as what you already do with Maven or Gradle. It is just that you have to find the @Grab or @Grapes annotation.
