Not all git refs supported by git-refs data source

It seems that I can't point at pull requests when using the git-refs data source.

Log snippet from renovate run:

What are you hoping renovate to do with this dependency?

refs/pull/12345/head is a special reference github exposes that lets you follow an open pull request.

Presumably you don't want Renovate to "upgrade it" to newer PR refs/pull/12346/head. Are you hoping for a digest update?

Yes.
If another commit is added to the PR (or it gets force-pushed due to e.g. getting rebased) then it should have the new git commit hash.

In that case the first line is fine to ignore: DEBUG: Dependency https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/aws-load-balancer-controller has unsupported/unversioned value refs/pull/3091/head (versioning=git)

What would need fixing is the second line: DEBUG: Could not determine new digest for update.
