Binner public release

Adds BOM Management #118 - manage your parts by creating a project, tracking part quantities by pcb and automatically reducing inventory counts when you produce a new pcb in your project.

Fixes #117 - Cost in part meta data is 0
Fixes #122 - Include part counts in root/parent part-types
Implements part of #115 however a more extensive approach will be needed to fully support internationalization
Fixes a bunch of outstanding UI, API and storage provider issues that were not tracked in GitHub

I'll do up a wiki on this topic shortly. BOM is a new main category on the home page, to get started this is the basic workflow:

• Create a BOM project

• Add one or more PCB's using the Add PCB button (optional)
• Add one or more parts using the Add Part button. Provide the quantities you require for each part. Associate the part with a particular PCB, or leave it unassociated.
• Produce the PCB using the Produce PCB button, which will automatically reduce your inventory of all parts specified in your BOM

Additionally you can download your BOM list (which notes which parts you need to order more of) to an excel spreadsheet.

There will be some additional functionality coming shortly after to extend features I didn't have time to complete, and to fix any reported bugs. Let me know if there are any issues!

Hi Mike, This is a great feature that I have started using. Is there a way to put the location of the parts in the BOM section, and also in the downloaded CSV/Excel. I have a number of projects and would love to download the BOM for the project, print it out then go and gather all the components from the locations I have saved for them in Binner. At the moment I need to search the inventory for each part, get the location, put it in excel and then print that out.
