require acceptance from user before auto filling metadata?

im having some mild user experiance issues when adding parts. im inputting generic resistors with a part name like "10Ω" and the DigiKey api is returning some random compasitor (that they say costs $78000.00 lmao)
and in general i would like to have the option to not log whatever the api's return.

if people like not having the extra click of somehow accepting a "suggested" part then another solution for this issue would be adding a button to clear all autofilled fields, cuz currently im having to manually clear all of that info for every value resistor i input :/
