Opened Ticket with X-Plane
The first WXR data reception via the UDP RADR command stops as soon as you start the second one. It seems like X-Plane can only send WXR data to one single client.
Tried a fix: re-send Init string from second display as soon as first stops receiving for a certain time and vice versa.

Sent Bug report to X-Plane on this issue. Waiting.
