Reproduce the "issue"

2. Click on link.

File does not download.

My expectation is that the file should start to download after you click the link. Perhaps I am doing something crazy.

When I am in my local development environment retype start - when you click the above link then the file downloads perfectly.

Not sure why it is failing via a Github Action being used to build the retype docs.
