Missing PRs in Compare Classic Release

Hello,
After a few releases with new PRs.I don't why release notes stop associated PRs. I will attach the log from the release stage.
Found 3715 Azure DevOps PRs in the repo but when generating release notes is missing the PRs.Is this a bug or i missing something
I will post my template:

Thre is no bug, it was my bad I added to fetch commits also and everything works as well.
