I am proposing this that we can have a short term course on "Building Simple Web Application on Sinatra" under languages -> ruby -> web -> sinatra.

If the above navigation looks too long than we can have our own repo inside rh-universityoutreach-india organization as sinatra-course.

@budhrg : I was thinking to have separate web-app category, like Web app -> ruby -> sinatra
