Identify connection loops in cell markers

When the user is about to create a (feedback) connection loop, the target cell's marker is green, indicating a valid connection. But after releasing the mouse button, the connection is not created as this is not allowed.
Thus, the target cell marker must be red, if the "allow connection loops" config flag is false.
