[SLUS_205.87] Driv3r freezes and unfreezes during gameplay

While playing Driv3r, the game will freeze for a few seconds and then unfreeze again.
After it unfreezes, it plays fine for a little while then the same thing happens again.
None of the compatibility modes help.

Tested with NHDDL v1.1.0 + Neutrino -20241206-30508edb.
