Need to add kvm virtualization support #70

New AWS c5d instances uses KVM virtualization. There are few problems:

Only latest ohai versions are supporting kvm attributes population, so chef 12 version does not support this cookbook on kvm machines.
Helper needs to support kvm virtualization additionally to xen.
