We should use this as one of our early projects for enabling Antora.

was going to suggest the glossary first as a non ISA doc but still in the family... What do we want to put this under in the hierarchy? Administrative docs?

Sounds like a reasonable description.

But, you do raise the question of a "document taxonomy". At this point, we have "Specifications", "Policies", and "Guides". The question becomes how many "big buckets" we need at the top and how many smaller buckets.
