It appears that filtering tags on the QDB does so by compounding tag filters (eg. If I first click 'tour,' tags will be filtered by 'tour,' but then if I click the tag 'waving,' tags are now filtered by both 'tour' and 'waving'.
This is not apparent based on the current UI, especially since if I filter twice and refresh the page, only the second filter is being applied.
If this is the desired behavior, then in the 'Current Filter' section, it should list all filters being applied with 'x' boxes to remove them, and the URL should also display all filters being applied. There could also be a button to clear all filters.
Semi-related to #157 since clicking on the same tag twice compounds that filter, and no quote can have the same tag multiple times.

So this is not what's happening I just looked into it and it has to do with how I did pagination... When you click a new tag after having filtered for one tag it does not add that tag to the filter list
