Bug with QDB Login

Describe the bug
Login attempts fail when trying to login to the qdb

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://sse.rit.edu/qdb
2. Click on "login"
3. Sign in with your RIT email
4. Login fails with no error shown, invalid, non-logged in state stays

Behavior:

1. Current Behavior: Cannot login into the system
2. Expected Behavior: Should be able to login into the site

Screenshots
There are no network or UI errors/bugs reported in the console

Desktop/OS/Smartphone information:

• OS: Ubuntu 18.04
• Browser: Firefox
• Version: 80.0

Additional context
Seems potentially related to #309 but occurs with FF now as well. Absolutely no errors or requests shown, refresh does not allow login either
