Bug: No Login button when window has low width

Describe the bug
When the viewport has low width, the dropdown menu in the top doesn't have a sign in button

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to the main page
2. make the screen small by opening inspect element or changing the screen size
3. profit
