You will probably love using Five Server.
To install, open up VS Code (or Codium), hit CTRL+SHIFT+P and run https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=yandeu.five-server

I think that this is not maintained because the last commit was on 2019, and no response to issues or PRs.

Disclaimer: I did not receive any compensation for creating this issue. I just thought Some of y'all might need this.
