More coherence between spreadsheet_series and the properties? #25

Currently spreadsheet_series takes a sheet number as argument and not a sheet name.

Also the properties of the spreadsheet provider (in the moniker) needs the sheet name. So there are some inconstistances when trying to change some informations between two files.
