It would be nice if we could pass an option to automatically generate a table of contents that will added to the PDF. We're doing something like that in https://github.com/act-cleantech-schweiz/act/blob/b6ca3f5ce3390487d62e5f9c040e020fc784b98c/app/assets/javascripts/table_of_contents.js, would be cool if bits-to-dead-trees would support that without the need for so much custom code.
