Cannot use it multiple times on a page

Hi,

I have added this to 4 places on a page. Every time you try to rate, only the first one changes. Can you please look into the issue? I will try to fix this from my end and create a pull request.

Hi Ashwini,

I've basically abandoned this plugin. I updated the readme to point to the
alternative. https://github.com/dreyescat/bootstrap-rating

It does everything mine does, just as easy, with a few more features and
less bugs.
