I have all my photos on external drives, formatted NTFS, but when l try to access them with Ciano, the program doesn't see them! This is critical!

Tenho todas as minhas fotos em unidades externas, formatadas em NTFS, mas quando tento acessá-las com o Ciano, o programa não as vê! Isso é crítico!

How far is the fixing of this critical bug ? - This software is essentially useless without that feature.

NOT EVERYONE KEEPS THEIR MEDIA FILES ON THE HOME FOLDERS OF THEIR OS.
