Remove requirement on hue-sensors

This release removes the need for HA to install and import a separate package, and should reduce the trouble people are having using this component as reported on the forums.

For HA 0.60 and above

This updates the custom component after the refactoring of the hue lights component. Please update your config as stated in the README. Note that 'hue' is dropped from the config.
