Refbox doesn't show correct points when delivery is confirmed after production phase

When a delivery is confirmed through the interface only after the production phase is over (e.g. when a delivery happens close to the end of production phase), the points in the game reports are not updated properly anymore and a printout of the game's points might have already occured. The following changes should be made:

• summary printouts should only be made once all orders with pending confirmation are dealt with by the judge
• mongodb and websocket updates should be sent throughout the post_game phase for points
